The staff was superfriendly and amiable, enjoyed to deal with them all. Got well-equipped, luxurious with big queen bed as well as quiet A/C. The service was very good, that made the hotel contemporary place. Shuttle service was provided here too.

The stay at this low-budget hotel was a REALLY REALLY NICE one. I liked the good bed in my double room. The staff - good and were eager to help with the requests. Fast check in & the service was welcoming. Beautiful garden outside. An excellent beach, nice view.

Early check-in, nice beds and generally personalised service. Bright, functional room. There was plenty of incredible meals. Modern lobby.

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Cancun, had much fun. Appreciated that we had a personal safe, flat-screen television and ironing facilities in the king room. Besides, free Wi-Fi is a bonus...
